International Sasmita Mallick scored thrice to fire Orissa to a facile 6-0 victory over Sikkim Green in a league match of the 1st All-India Women’s Football Championship for Pem Dorjee Memorial Cup at Gangtok (Sikkim) today. Thunki Munda, Sangita Patra and Gomati Bara netted the other three goals in the one-sided match, which witnessed all the scoring in the first half. With this victory, their second in the group, Orissa reached the semifinals, where they would meet Sikkim Red on Tuesday.
